About Me:
My family relocated to Atlanta from Fishers, Indiana. We lived there for over 20 years, and we are excited for our new adventure in Atlanta. I have been married to my husband, Chuck, for 26 years. We have a daughter, Alexa, who is a junior at the University of Alabama on the pre-law track majoring in International Studies and Italian. She is also a dance major. We also have a furry golden retriever named Hadley with an obsession for carrying balls everywhere she goes.
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education, and have taught 1st, 2nd, 5th, and 6th grades. After our daughter was born, I moved to the early childhood sector; teaching preschool for 7 years. My prior position was Director of Weekday Ministries at Geist Christian Church in Fishers where I directed a school of 250 students with 34 teachers.

I was born and raised in small town Nebraska where I lived for 23 years. I moved to the peach state in January of 2020 and have enjoyed the lack of snow in the winter time! I am in my 3rd year at PRLP and previously taught PreK before making my transition into the office! My husband, Jamie, and I live in Stone Mountain with our Silver Labrador Retriever, Hazel. I enjoy watching soccer (Atlanta United particularly), reading, and spending time with my family outside of school.
